Finding Your Tickets
Your tickets are available in your TicketLabs account. Log in with the email you used to purchase and you'll find your tickets, confirmation emails, and PDF downloads.
If you don't see your order, try checking the email address you used at checkout — it may be different from the one you're logging in with.
Refund availability can be viewed in your account. If the refund option is available on your order, you can process it directly — no need to wait for support.
Please note: refunds require event organizer approval and are only available if your tickets haven't been scanned and the order is within the refund window. Our support team cannot issue a refund if the option is not available in your account.
You can manage your order from your TicketLabs account. When available, you can change ticket details, update your information, and transfer tickets to someone else.
Changes are available until the event organizer restricts modifications.
If the event supports it, you can change your entry time or event date directly from your account. Look for the change options on your order detail page.
Entry time and date changes are only available while the event organizer allows modifications.
For event-specific questions (venue, lineup, parking, dress code, etc.), we recommend contacting the event organizer directly through the link on the event's ticketing page.
TicketLabs is the ticketing platform — the event organizer will have the most up-to-date information about their event.
